I went to delux's website and looked at it. It seems that this company is very bad. On the BBS, it is all about this company's product drivers that cannot work. Although many drivers are listed in the download section, the driver of the downloaded DLV-B13 (128 solution) obviously cannot work in Windows Vista. This driver is marked as the 128 solution, which makes people think that this product uses songhan's sn9c128 interface chip, so they went to songhan's website to mount the sn9c128 driver, it still cannot work in Windows Vista. There are several Vista drivers listed on the delux website, so we have to test them one by one. Finally, we found that the Vista Driver (sn9c120) can work. After some twists and turns, I finally got my camera working. At night, my mother could have a video call with her brother.
Looking back, delux's technical support is a bit idiotic. It doesn't describe the applicable product model of the driver. Instead, it uses a technically strong interface chip model to describe it, how can ordinary consumers find the driver they need. This company will not buy any products in the future.
