When you use MDX numeric functions such as AVG, Count, and so on, empty cells are usually ignored! The only exception is the Count function. It provides a includeempty
parameter to indicate whether to include empty cells.
1:non Empty keyword
Generally used at the axis level.

NON EMPTY {[time2].[ All Time2]. [1997]. [Q4]. [10].children} on Rows
From Sales
Show October 1997 daily Non-empty sales.
The no non EMPTY keyword displays all sales.
2:count
October Sales Day count (whether or not sales)

These functions are ignored for empty cells. (Do not convert to 0)
