Use of Try Catch block in Java

For a shutdown operation, it is best to use the following block of statements:

InputStream in= ...; try{       try{          //some statemenet       }finally{         //close stream         in.cloase ();       }    } catch (Ioexpeactin e) {      //show some error message}

This allows the stream to be closed and can also throw an exception if the stream cannot be closed

You can also use a try statement with a resource

Try (Scanner in=new Scanner (New Fileinoutstream ("file.txt"))) {While    (In.hasnext ()) {        System.out.print ( In.next ());}

The statement here will execute In.close (), no matter what happens.
