I installed it in Firefox, so I started with Firefox:

Because I have already created my own wallet, so the interface is directly out of this. Before this step is the protocol acceptance-then the two-pass password is entered to create your own wallet, which will generate a new Den (Den is encrypted with a password stored in Metamask wallet), another way is to import the existing den (not tried, next try), such as:

Then Metamask will create 12 English mnemonic words for the user, need these mnemonic words when other wallets import this newly created account, to save well, I have also generated before, can go to Settings place to view

The Reveal Seed words button in the diagram is where you can re-view the mnemonic Word and click it to get:

Then enter the password you set earlier to see your mnemonic words:

() Click on the top left corner to see the current network you can connect to, a main network, three test networks, and the others are the local private chain network I added myself (by clicking Custom RPC to set)

The three dots on the right have a function:

1.view accounts on Etherscan: You can view your account information when you are connected to the main network

2.show QR code: Show your QR code information
3. Copy your account address
4. Output your private key: You need to enter your password

() When you want to use a token created with a smart contract, click Add token here.

For example, I have generated tokens in the local private chain deployment smart contract, the contract address is
