Add a Dockmanager control to the form later, that is, in the current form class, add a Dockmanager object.

When Addfloatpanel is selected, a Panel object is actually declared in the form form class.

3, select the location of the Panel, note the direction of the arrows, note that the center arrow and the surrounding arrows are pointing the same, but the panel will be placed in a completely different position,
