Use outlook to send and receive Gmail emails

I have always used Gmail's webmail to log on to my mailbox, because Gmail is relatively simple. However, it has been found that the efficiency is too low recently, and it is still more efficient to use outlook.

To enable pop in a Gmail account, follow these steps:

1. Log on to your Gmail account.

1. Enable POP in the Gmail account.
2. Open Outlook 2003.

9. Click the Advanced tab, and select the check box next to SSL under POP3.
