Filter before we introduced many examples of using Photoshop filters to create colorful backgrounds, today we look at a simple few steps to achieve a gorgeous texture background examples.

Background is black, performing Filter > Render > Lens Flare
Move and add a halo continuously n times. The effect is as follows
Press Ctrl+u to execute hue/saturation menu
Set saturation to-100 as follows
Perform Filter > Pixalate > Mezzotint
Type = Medium strokes.
Re-execute Filter > Blur > Radial Blur
Amount = 100
Type = Zoom
Quality = Best
Press Ctrl + F, about 7 times
Press Ctrl + u color
Press Ctrl + J to copy the new layer
The overlay mode of the layer is "lighten"
Perform the following operations on the new layer Fliter > Distort > Twirl
Amount of 50
Then press CTRL + J to copy this layer to execute go to filter > Distort > Twirl
Amount =-100
At this point, you have the following effect
The final step is to use Filter > distort. Command, and then refine. Complete.
