1. 1. Select the "filter" → "liquefaction" option in the menu, eject the liquefaction dialog box, set the brush size, brush density, and brush pressure, and set the view options. We see that there are a lot of liquefaction brushes available, such as the "Forward morphing Tool" (warp tool), which is used by the tool to distort the moving direction and then squeeze at the end point of the move. and "Rebuilding tools" (reconstruct tool), and if we're not satisfied with the results when we create distortions, the rebuilding tool can help restore the image as it is. We also use the "expansion Tool" (bloat tool), which expands the picture outward.

2. Here we want to use the "Forward transform tool", because the tool pushes the pixel forward when dragging the mouse, which can well simulate the effect of natural hair on the head. Interested readers, you can also try other tools, perhaps also to achieve unexpected results. Select the Forward Transform tool in the Toolbox (Figure 2, step 2).

3. You can place the cursor on the right hair position of the girl, set the brush size according to the size of the object to be deformed, and then drag the short hair downward with the "Forward transform tool", and do it a few more times until you lengthen the short hair (as in the previous Figure 2 Step 3)

In the process of dragging forward must be careful to keep the hair image as far as possible to preserve the original light and dark relationship, so that the effect is more natural. Also be careful not to cover the girl's face, which is the benefit of showing the background and setting the transparency.

The left hair is stretched in the same way. Before stretching, notice that you want to resize the brush, and set a slightly smaller brush to do the elongated processing. Press the OK button to see the finish.
