Use Photoshop to make colored glass words

With Photoshop can achieve a lot of magical effect, the following color glass word is an example, we give specific production steps:

1. Create a new file with a width of pixels and a height of 360pixels. Resolution 72pixel/inch, the mode is RGB Color, the background is white. Reset the default color, enter text, use the impact font, the size is 110 points.

2. performs Layer/rasterize/type, and deletes the font. Hold down the CTRL key and click on the Creem layer on the layers panel to load the selection. Sets the foreground color to Gray (r:153,g:153,b:152), and then fills the text with the foreground color. Save two times for the current text selection, and name Bitblue1,bitblue2 respectively. Then cancel the selection.

3. Activate the Bitblue1 channel in the channel panel. Executes Filter/blur/gaussian Blur with a value of 4 pixels. Select the RGB channel, then load the Bitblue2 channel, reverse the selection, and press the DELETE key. Execute filter/render/lighting effects, parameters such as figure: color and ambient color are all white.

4. perform image/adjust/curves, as shown

5. the layer where the copied text is located gets the cream copy layer, where the curves curve is used again to adjust, as shown

6. set the color blending mode for the current cream copy layer to liminosity, hold down CTRL and click on the layer on the layers panel to load the image selections. Reset the foreground and background colors, create a new layer layer 1, and move the layer below the Creem layer. Fill with the foreground color and tie it to the Creem layer chain. Create a Layer 2 layer that is above the layer 1 layer. Sets the foreground color to (r:220,g:174,b:49), cancels the selection, and fills the layer with the foreground color. Move the Layer 2 layer above the Creem layer.

7. in the case where the Layer 2 layer is the current layer, click the Gradient tool and choose the chrome chrome yellow gradient, select reflected gradient, and drag a gradient above the text, as shown

8. execute Filter/distort/wave, as shown in the figure: when the Layer 2 layer is the current layer, click Layer/group with precious to combine it with the next layer.

9. Select Layer Layer 1 to perform Filter/blur/gaussian Blur. Value is 4 pixels. Reset foreground and background colors, select cream Copy layer, perform edit/stroke strokes, parameters such as figure:

10. set the color blending mode of the cream copy layer to overlay, and then double-click the layer, pop the layer style panel and tick the drop shadow option, as shown in the chart:

11. hold down the CTRL key and click on the cream copy layer on the layers panel to load the selection. Click Select/modify/contract, the value is 1 pixels, the selection is reversed, press the DELETE key. Cancels the selection.

12. Select the Layer 1 layer, perform edit/stroke on it, width 1pixels, position inside,blend Mode to normal,opacity 100%. Select the Creem layer, set the foreground color to (r:201,g:201,b:201) Click the Gradient tool, select the previous color to the background color gradient, select the reflected gradient, and drag a gradient around the image from the top down about the pixels distance. The image appears as shown in the picture.

13. hold down the CTRL key and click on the layer 1 layer on the layers panel to load the selection. Reset foreground and background color, click Layer 2 layer, perform edit/stroke stroke, width 4pixels, position inside,blend Mode to normal,opacity 50%.

14. ctrl+x the selection and cut it. Perform select/reselect, reverse selection, CTRL + C copy, select Background layer, CTRL + V paste, automatically generate a new layer on the background layer Layer 3. Click Edit/transform/flip vertical to flip the layer vertically. Move the layer below the Layer 2 layer. Click Edit/free Transform to deform it. As shown in the figure.

15. Click Filter/distort/ripple,amount value to -50,size for medium. Change the transparency of the Layer 3 layer to 48%. Drag the layer vertically downward to move some distance, and then use the transform transform to adjust the image as shown in the figure.

Select the Layer 3 layer and double-click it to bring up the Layer style panel and tick the Drop Shadow(Blend mode color is r:140,g:109,b:2),InnerShadow (Blend Mode color is r:252,g:175,b:26), outGlow(Blend mode color is r:251,g:216,b:132),Inner Glow(Blend mode color is R : 252,g:252,b:11). 17. Select the Creem copy layer and double-click it to bring up the Layer style panel and check the Drop Shadow(Blend mode color is black),InnerShadow (Blend Mode color is r:252,g:175,b:26),Belvel and Emboss(Highlight mode color is white, Shadow mode color is r:253,g:183,b:14).
