Use PreApplicationStartMethodAttribute to add an Application_Start event

Prepare a class for calling at Start.
Public static class MyPreApplicationStart
{
Public static void RegisterGlobalFilters (GlobalFilterCollection filters)
{
If (filters! = Null)
Filters. Add (new HandleErrorAttribute ());
}
 
Public static void Start ()
{
RegisterGlobalFilters (GlobalFilters. Filters );
}
}
After that, use PreApplicationStartMethodAttribute to register with assembly. Note that the custom class must be public, and the Start method must be public static.
