Use PS filter to make beautiful blue sea view map

Most of the elements in the effect chart are done with filters, such as clouds, halos, water waves, and so on. Some of the effects need to be done in combination with multiple filters. Make sure to have a certain understanding of the commonly used filters, so that you can quickly make the desired effect.

1. Create a new 800 * 800 file, set the foreground color to a lighter blue: #1680D1, the background is deep blue: #0C1B6C, pull a gradient from top to bottom with the linear gradient tool, as shown below.

2. Create a blank layer on the background layer, select the Gradient tool, and set the foreground color to the bright blue: #B9DDF9, select the gradient from the foreground to the transparency in the gradient editor, and select the radial gradient in the gradient type. Then pull the gradient from the top left corner to the middle of the layer in Layer 2.

3, press CTRL mouse click on the layer thumbnail to bring up layer 2 of the selection, execution: filters > Rendering > Clouds. Before you perform a filter, you need to set the foreground color to light blue: #B9DDF9, and the background color to dark blue: #0C1B6C.
