Use PS smear and Dodge tool to make hair word skill

Hair production methods are many, with a pen stroke path making is the most cumbersome, but also the most delicate. Here's a simpler way to do it directly with a well-defined brush, just slowly smearing it to make the desired hair effect.

1, the production of text before need to define two brushes, create a new 20 * 20 pixel resolution of 72 pixel file, background filled with black, create a new layer, set the foreground color to black, with a circle brush in the canvas midpoint of a different size, such as Figure 1, execute: Edit > Definition brush. 2. Create a new 1000 * 600 pixel resolution of 72 pixel file, select the Gradient tool, color settings such as Figure 2, from top to bottom pull out of the linear gradient shown in Figure 3 as background.

3, open the text material, drag in or enter the text you want, choose a good font, text color with yellow-brown: #A27C3B.

4, with the lasso to the first letter selection, press CTRL + J copy to the new layer, the following text layer shadow hidden, the effect of the following figure.

5, select the Smudge tool, in the brush to select the brush just defined, property settings such as Figure 7, opacity set to 50%.
