Use a custom shape tool (use a custom shape tool to draw a shape and adjust a layer mask)

Apply radial blur (filter-Blur-radial blur)

Use the Alpha channel (new Alpha channel-filter-rendering-fiber effect-new selection area fill White-add layer mask gradient)

Method/step

Method 1 (using a custom shape tool): first open the PS, we first create a blank layer with a width of PX and a height of PX. (You can select the size of the new layer based on the actual situation !)

Fill the background of the layer with pink (ff004b ). The filled background color is highlighted to enhance the visual contrast.

Call the custom shape tool to change the shape to a selection area, select the circular axle image in the image (hold down the shift key) to pull a positive circle selection area, and create a blank layer selection area filled with white

Add a layer mask to the filled layer, and select the gradient tool to set the color to white to black. Change the gradient mode to a radial gradient, and pull a gradient from the middle of the image. you can pull the gradient once as needed to achieve the final effect.

Method 2: (radial fuzzy search is used)

Create a new blank layer with a width of PX and a height of PX filled with red (fd0416), and call the elliptical selection tool to adjust the selection to a proper pixel (the image demonstration is 60 pixels ), in the center of the red layer, pull a forward area (hold down the shift key ). Create a blank layer

Bring up the gradient editor in the gradient tool, select the orange or yellow gradient in the image, and click OK.

In the new Yuhua main circle selection area, pull an orange gradient inside and outside (ctr + D cancel selection area) and change the layer mode to dissolve, then add a filter-Blur-radial blur to maximize the final value.

Method 3 (using Alpha channel)

Create a blank layer with a width of PX and a height of PX filled with blue (23cdf8) layers to switch to channel mode and create an Alpha channel (black)

Add a filter-rendering-fiber to the new Alpha channel (black), and then add a filter-Blur-dynamic blur (angle adjusted to 90 degrees vertical, if the distance is determined, the image size is shown as 152 according to your actual needs)

Then we add a filter-twist-polar coordinate twist (point plane coordinates to polar coordinate options) to get the perspective effect in figure 2,

Load the channel as a selection area in the Alpha channel (this is the distorted perspective effect in the figure), and then click the RGB channel to return to the layer panel.

Finally, add a new blank layer filled with white (ctr + d remove selection) based on the loaded selection area to add a layer mask from inside to outside a white to black gradient to get the final

Notes

Select the radial gradient mode when you use a custom shape tool to add a mask to pull the gradient.

In the Alpha channel, you need to click the selection loading option in the lower right corner to load the channel as the selection.
