Use PS to make very concise red spot wallpaper

Final effect

1, open Adobe Photoshop CS6, new PSD document, set canvas size 1920 pixel x1200 pixel, color mode is RGB, resolution is set to 72 pixels. In the layers panel, create a new layer, right-click the new layer, and select blending options > Gradient overlay. The Gradient overlay Setup Panel is shown in the following illustration.
