We know that there are three formats available on the webpage: GIF, JPG, and PNG.
Many people always save images in JPG format, which is too partial. Most of the time may be wrong.
The image below is rich in color and complex, so it is suitable to be saved in JPG format.

In fact, JPG is a lossy compression image format. It "loses" the pixels "in some locations that are not easily noticed by human eyes ", in this way, the image size can be effectively reduced. However, if you zoom in, there will be something like crushed particles.
Up to 256 colors are supported for Gif images. This value can be adjusted as shown in. Moreover, gif is a lossless compression format.
Many of our tutorials describe how to use the software, and most of the software interfaces are in a few colors. Therefore, they can all be saved in gif format, which is small and clear! Two birds in one fell swoop.
For beautiful women, scenery, and other photos, they can only be saved as jpg, but you can choose to save the quality (as shown in). The smaller the quality, the smaller the number of bytes, at the same time, the image quality is worse. If the image is saved as gif, the size will be huge (larger than the source image) and the effect will be very poor, you can use "Save all web Formats" to experiment with the first image.
