Win2000/XP "Management Tools" are a kind of useful system tools that come with the system, it can modify and manage hard disk partitions, passwords, processes, data, and important parameters of a series of system operations. 1. Manage Hard Disks
To delete hard disks, add drive letters, partitions, and so on, you will surely think of using the "pqmagic" tool, in fact, it is faster and more convenient to use computer management in "Management Tools.

3. Disable the Messenger Service

4. Accelerate your Win2000/XP

Messenger-send and receive information on the network.
Network DDE-manage Dynamic Data Exchange in the network.
Network dde dsdm -- same as above.
Server -- used to manage files and print servers in the network.
If you do not have any peripherals such as printers or upss, click "Administrative Tools> Services" to stop the following services.
Uninterruptible power supply -- manage ups.
Print Spooler -- manage printers.
If you do not need any extended applications, click "Administrative Tools> Services" to stop the following services.
Fax Service-send or receive faxes.
FTP Publishing Service -- used as an FTP server.
IIS Admin Service -- used as a web server. Is the system running and startup speed much faster after these services are stopped.
(2) Clear log files. Log Files record each time a host is switched on, running, or system error occurs. However, the size of log files increases and the system startup speed is greatly affected. You can specify the log file size and processing method. Click "management tools> Event Viewer", 9.
