Rdesktop is the RDP Protocol (windows Remote connection uses the open RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol) client in linux.

Common rdesktop command line parameters include:

-U: User Name

-P: Password

-A: color depth, usually 16

-F: Full Screen mode. Use Ctrl + Alt + Enter to exit full screen.

-G: set the screen size, followed by WidthxHeight.

-D: Hide the window bar.

-R: Device redirection. For example,-r sound: local can redirect the sound to the client.-r clipboard: PRIMARYCLIPBOARD allows the host client to share the clipboard.-r disk: frdisk =/mnt/rdisk: blocks/mnt/rdisk from the client to the windows Frdisk.
