Windows provides a remote desktop system that allows users to remotely log on to the system for system management or run various applications as terminal servers. To connect to Windows Remote Desktop, install the appropriate software (tsclient) on the Windows client ). In Linux, we can also use rdesktop to connect to Windows Remote Desktop.
[1] installing rdesktop
Sudo yum install-y rdesktop
[2] use the rdesktop command to connect to Remote Desktop
Rdesktop-f-a 16 192.168.1.100
You can connect to a remote Windows desktop. -F indicates full screen display,-a 16 indicates 16 bit color, followed by the address of the Windows server; Ctrl + Alt + Enter can be used to switch to the linux Desktop.
Note: When you exit the Remote Desktop, select "logout" instead of "shutdown ".
