1. Download the windows tar tool to a local disk (small)

2. Package folders in windows (if the folder is large, you can compress them at the same time ). In the command line, enter the Directory and execute

Tar cvf directory_name.tar directory_name

3. Copy the package to Linux and unpackage it.

Tar xvf directory_name.tar

Success! It is much faster than directly copying folders.
