To find the largest file under a disk, you can use the du command:
Syntax: Du-sh [Dirname|filename]

Current directory Size
Du-sh.

The size of the file or directory under the current directory
du-sh*

Display the top 10 most space-occupying files or directories
Du-s * | Sort-nr | Head

-N: Pure numeric sort-r: Reverse Sort

Description
-H: Readable format Displays the size of the specified directory or file
-S: Specifies that each subdirectory or file size is not displayed in detail for the directory
