Use the Find feature in Word2010 Chinese files

If you include multiple highlighted text in a long Word2010 document, users can quickly find these highlighted text with the Find formatting feature, as described in the following steps:

Step 1th, open the Word2010 document window, click the Find Drop-down button in the Edit group in the Start Ribbon, and select the Advanced Find command from the Find Drop-down menu, as shown in Figure 1.

Step 2nd, click the Format button in the Open Find and Replace dialog box, and click the More button if the Format button is not present to make it appear. Open the list of formats you can find, and select the Highlight option, as shown in Figure 2.

Step 3rd, click the Find Next button to display the first result you find, and click the Find Next button to quickly find all the highlighted text. Close the Find and Replace dialog box after you complete the lookup, as shown in Figure 3.
