Use the registry to restore the Win7 note tip that was mistakenly deleted

Win7 attached to the sticky note with the post, in the work is a powerful assistant. Typically, when you delete a note, the system jumps out of the deletion prompt for further confirmation. As shown in the following illustration:

But if we tick the box in the checkbox before "Do not show this message again," The next time the system will no longer ask, and delete it directly. Don't worry, the following small easy to go with you to find it back! Open the Start menu, enter "Regedit.exe" in the Start Search box, and press ENTER to open Registry Editor.

If you jump out of the User Account Control window, press Yes to continue.

Locate the following registry subkey:


Double-click the Prompt_on_delete registry key. In the Value data box, type 00000001, and then click OK.

Exits the registration form.

Finish it now and then delete the note, and the prompt will jump out again.


Modifying the registry is risky, and improper modification may result in system instability, please be careful.
