Use tool Plsqldev to import Excel into an Oracle database _oracle

2. Open the Excel table you want to import, click the Office Button, choose Save As--other formats, select Save Type CSV (comma-delimited) (*.csv), click Save

3, open Plsqldev in the toolbar Select the Tools Drop-down menu under the text importer. Select the data from Textfile tab after entering. Click the following button with a red line box to open the CSV file.

If the success is turned on, select the "Data to Oracle" tab to select Owner and table and select the appropriate column in the Fields box and then select the corresponding columns and types in the right Drop-down box.

When you are finished, click the Import button.
