For example, "Figure 7-85" of a diagram should automatically change to "figure 7-47", we right-click the row of "Figure 7-85", select " update Field " from the shortcut menu, and you will find that it has been automatically updated to "Figure 7-47".

Of course we don't need one. To perform an update Field operation, just press the "CTRL + a" key combination and select Update Field from the shortcut menu, and all picture numbers in the document will automatically follow the current position.
