Use Windows pe usb flash drive to install win7

When I first went to the company the year before, I used PE to install multiple systems. Recently I installed another Asus instance. I encountered a problem and recorded it together.

Asus X45, the Bios has been changed to a USB flash drive, but it cannot be entered, because it may have a key for selecting the disk boot item. After searching for it for half a day, Press Esc.

 

When I used Windows PE to install Windows 7, I started to choose the old peach version, which is the best practice, but I couldn't see the hard disk after entering the system because I couldn't read the sata hard disk, then I found a pony version of wpe, because the dormitory network speed is not fast and lazy, so I made a lite version. After a few tossing times, WIN7 was successfully installed.

1. Use the UltraISO tool to burn the pony USB flash drive system to the USB flash drive.

2. After Entering winpe, use the disk management tool in winpe to partition as needed. If necessary, you can use the Partition Table tool for repair. Run DiskGenius to activate the corresponding partition. Note that during these steps, you can unplug the USB flash drive and ensure that the disk is the first boot item in BIOS settings.
(For the gateway, you can set the hard disk as the first boot item, and then select the USB flash drive system at startup. Other computers should have corresponding settings .. But I have tried it .)
Backup option: copy the MIMIPE folder in the USB flash drive to a disk. Then, the system in the hard disk is directly loaded after the computer is restarted using the USB flash drive, and then the system is independent of the USB flash drive.

3. decompress and install the image file using winpe. (I do not like to use a virtual optical drive to load the iso file. I like to decompress the file before using it ). Then an error is reported, prompting "the installer cannot create a new system partition or locate an existing system partition ".

4. find the quick installation tool for Windows in the Start Menu, find the corresponding Virtual Drive and installation partition as prompted, and then select install under the source folder of the image. wim, be sure not to format the partition (previously formatted. Restart to go to Windows 7 for automatic installation, device installation, Driver Installation, application basics, and user time zone settings. After everything is complete, you can access the Windows 7 for use interface.
