Many of my friends are worried that the SDK cannot be installed in XP, and thus the software cannot be deployed in XP.
Based on my practical experience, I summarized the simplest method.
1. Download and install dotnetfx40_full_setup.

2. Download windowsphone7_sdk_full.rar _ for_xp. Unzip the package and install it directly.

PS: some errors may occur during the installation process, but you can click OK to ignore them.
PS2: when installing the SDK, the system requires that the C disk space be greater than 3 GB and cannot be installed.
3. Recommended software deployment: Tom xap Installer

Xap deployment software [Chinese Version]: Tom xap installer .exe
After the installation is complete, you can install the software in xp. It's easy to try.
Hope to help friends who use XP.
Supplement: if a friend fails to install a large file, Microsoft's patch must be installed.
