Use Word 2007 to make a square paper for a file

Because of work reasons, I often need to use the paper as shown in Figure 1 format, from the diagram can be seen it is similar to Word's Square manuscript. However, because the latter is a page-like whole, can not be divided into some of these squares or parts of the paragraph, can not only set the part of the colorless, it can not be produced with the first area of the eyebrow, description area, the title area and other content of the standard manuscript paper.

A former colleague of the author once tried to create a similar paper by using the "Insert Table" method, the following steps are as follows:

The first step: first input the first line of "xx County XXX Bureau issued manuscript paper", and set a good font, size and color;

Step two: Run Word 2007, switch to the Insert tab, in the Drop-down list in the text box, select Draw text box to outline the text box (used to design the top section of the upper part of the manuscript) according to the actual proportions, and then according to the "Issuer", "the draft unit", "The Approving person", " Draft unit and draft person "," attachment "," confidential degree "each text box actual size draws and fills in the content, then adjusts the text the font, the size and the color;

The third step: according to gourd painting gourd, respectively, draw the description area, the title area of the text box and complete the corresponding text content input;

Step Fourth: Switch to the Insert tab, and in the table Drop-down list, select Insert Table. In the dialog box that appears, set the table to insert a 2 row 20 column, select the first row, press Ctrl+d to bring up the Font dialog box, set the text size to fourth, and cancel if the document grid is defined, Snap To Grid (Figure 2), then resize the cell so that each cell appears to be a square of the same size, and that it overlaps the edges of the text box;

Step Fifth: Merge all cells in the second row into one cell, right-click on the cell to select Table properties, switch to the Rows tab in the dialog box that appears, tick specify height, and specify the height of the cell to be one-second to one-third dimensions of the first row, and select "Row high value is fixed value";
