When we are editing Word documents, we often encounter situations where the last page of the document is only one or two lines or even a few words, but it takes up a whole page. More than a piece of paper is trivial, that a few lines occupy a page does not look good layout. Instead of trying to decide which words to delete, use Word's "reduce one page" function flexibly.
Select Print Preview, click the "Reduce one page" icon in the toolbar ("Print Preview" toolbar), and then click "Close". The lines that go beyond the entire page are "arranged" and the original paragraphs are unchanged. This feature can be used to reduce the number of pages in a multi-page operation, but it will be difficult to read because the font is too small. Therefore, this method is particularly useful for single-page documents that are just over a few lines, such as letters, posters, memos, and so on.
