Use Word to publish a blog to a blog park (similar to OneNote)

Setup steps:

1. Select the button in the top left corner and choose Publish > Blog.
2. Click "Manage Account", select "New" in the Account Management window,
3. Select "Other" in the blog service provider.
4. Select MetaWeblog in the API.
5. In the blog post URL, the MetaWeblog access address of the blog park, in the format: http://www.cnblogs.com/your username/services/metaweblog.aspx.
6. Enter your blog user name and password in the username and password.
