Use Word to publish articles to WordPress blog

As we all know, WordPress comes with a weak editor function, and using Word to edit the document is very powerful. 1. After using Word to edit the document, click the File menu in the upper-left corner.

2. In the Open File menu list, select Publish to blog under sharing.

3. Then click on the "Publish To Blog" button in the right window and the "Register blog Account" dialog will appear.

4. Click the "Register Now" button to pop up the "New Blog account" window.

5. Select "WordPress" from the Blog drop-down list and click "Next" to bring up the "New WordPress Account" window.

In the blog post URL, enter your blog URL address, such as your domain name is www.xxx.cn, the URL is http://www.xxx.cn/xmlrpc.php

Enter your username and password in "Enter account information" and tick "remember password". If you have a picture in the article, you can also click the "Picture Options" button to set the upload location.

6. Finally click "OK". It will then go back to your current document editing interface, and the Word menu bar has one more blog post menu.

You can continue to edit the document and click the "Publish" button in the top left corner when you are done editing.
