In addition to making your own paper template, you can also make a template to play, that is, the first in the WPS adjust the spacing of characters, the content will be entered according to the advance of the size of the manuscript to complete, and then directly printed on the existing manuscript.

First, draw the manuscript

First of all, to learn more about the information of the manuscript: paper size, the amount of paper up and down the margin, line spacing, the height and width of the cell of the manuscript is how many millimeters (example: 16 open manuscript, left and right margin 1.6 mm, top margin 3.4 mm, the bottom margin 1.7 mm, cell width 0.8 mm, height 8.5 mm, line spacing (height of the second line) 0.6 mm);

1, select the "file | Page Setup" menu item, open the "Page Setup" dialog box;

2, in the "Paper" tab to select the appropriate paper;

3. In the Margins tab, enter the page margin data that you just measured;

1, select the "table | insert | table" menu item, open the Insert Table dialog box, enter the table size (columns: 20, 2), column width Select "Fixed column width: 8 mm" (Figure 1), and then click the "OK" button.

5, the mouse pointer moved to the left of the 2nd row of the table, the pointer changes to horizontal direction when clicked, select the 2nd row table, select the "table | merged cells" menu item, merge the 2nd row table;

6, copy a good table, click the top left corner of the table Select All button

"Cut button, then click continuously"

"Paste the button until the table matches the number of lines in the manuscript, delete the last blank line of the table, so the manuscript is finished (Figure 3).

Second, the production of manuscript template

(a) First the paper into the background, so as to directly in the top input characters:

1, click the top left corner of the table Select All button

, select all the tables, and then click on the toolbar

2, click the "view | header and Footer" menu item, enter the "header and footer" Edit status;

3. Draw a text box that can accommodate the table just drawn, click the Text Box button on the drawing bar, press the left mouse button from the upper-left corner of the page, and drag to the lower-right corner of the page to edit the area;

4, into the text box editing status, select the toolbar on the "

Paste button to paste the table into the text box; 5, set the border of the text box and fill color is "none". right mouse click

, select the Format Object menu item, open the Format Object dialog box, fill color and line Color Select None, click OK to exit;

6, adjust the position of the table, adapt to the set of margins, "view | header and Footer" menu items exit;

(b) Then adjust the character of the paper to ensure that the input text can be in the blank of the manuscript.

1, select the "file | Page Setup" menu item, open the "Page Setup" dialog box;

2, click the Document Grid tab, click the Radio box before the text to alignment grid, enter each line "20" in the character, enter each page "15" line in the row (Figure 4), click OK, and the steps to make the template are basically complete.

Third, adjust the character

However, because of the actual paper size of the irregular, page settings also need to fine-tune the position of the characters, so that the characters can be drawn in the middle of the manuscript grid (Figure 5).

1, in the production of templates to enter characters, characters more than the number of pre-design storage total (more than 300 characters ordinary manuscript);

2. See if one line of characters is set to 20? Through the case, the left and right margin set accurate, one line of words specifier just 20;

3. How many rows are there in a page? Set 15 lines, usually storing 14 lines of content because there is an error between the top and bottom margins of the software control and the margins of the actual test.

4, adjust the error is more troublesome, I was through a small amount of adjustment "Page Setup" in the top and bottom margins, "Page Setup | document Network tab," Rows per page "in the adjustment page after the bottom margin will change, to edge adjustment, side observation, found that changes should be changed back to the original number in time. If the entire page can not accommodate 15 lines, to adjust the bottom margin of the page, if the line characters in the last row of lattice slightly, to try to adjust the large page bottom margin, the adjustment is generally not more than 2 mm.

Iv. implementation of the set dozen

First, enter the content to be set;

1, click the "view | header and Footer" menu item, enter the "header and footer" Edit status;

2, click the top left corner of the table Select All button

, select all tables, choose the Table | Table Properties menu item, and Open the Table Properties dialog box.

3. Click the Borders and Shading button to open the Borders and Shading dialog box, click the None option in the Border tab setting (Figure 6), and then click OK to exit.

When the table is removed from the border, it can still be seen in the document, but not printed on the paper, thus achieving a precise set of the manuscript.
