Use Xshell to generate key, password-free login to Linux

We usually in Xshell use command SSH [email protected] Telnet to Linux, this will prompt us to enter the password is more troublesome, want to password-free login, we can generate the corresponding key, and then put on the remote server, the following is the specific operation.


Here we generate the public key and the private key, we upload the public key id_ras_1024.pub to the server/home/wsuser/.ssh below, notice here Wsuser is my login username.

Everyone changes according to their actual user name.

Then telnet to the target machine and execute the following command

Cat Id_ras_1024.pub >> Authorized_keys


Next, create a new session inside Xshell,



This allows you to log in to the remote machine directly after you have configured it.
