I used it for testing for a few days and tried to drop it to the ground several times, which was too difficult to use. After a long call, the phone will crash, or the sound will get smaller and smaller, and the ECHO will get bigger and bigger. It is almost impossible to send MMS without luck. Although the quality has improved, there are still many problems. Due to pressure, I had to put it on the market. As a R & D Engineer, everyone is confused. The strange thing is that it did not attract complaints from a large number of users. In addition to a small number of users who strongly demanded to leave the server, there were also several users who responded to several serious problems, and everything was calm, everyone breathed a sigh of relief.

 

Later I went to a new mobile design company. Once, I bought a batch of mobile phones for sale. I thought it was cheaper. When I started the system for the first time, I found that the screen was blurred and I couldn't see anything. I asked the project R & D personnel. They told me calmly that a global variable was damaged, which was a random phenomenon and was never found. Just restart it. It seems that I am not surprised.

 

Later, I took charge of a project and pushed it to the market with hundreds of bugs. (fortunately, there are no dead-end bugs, but they are not easy to use. For users, it is also unfortunate ). There are no user complaints, and everything is calm. The market is really amazing. I asked my colleagues who are doing the market. Someone told me that users are stupid.

 

Users are stupid! I can't help but smile. instead of laughing at users, I laugh at myself. I am also a user! I used to buy a Siemens mobile phone. After using it for a while, I found that pressing the keyboard didn't respond (of course not locking the keyboard), and the screen and keyboard lights were always on. At that time, I was shocked. I had a hard time remembering whether I had broken my cell phone by pressing the wrong key. It seemed that I had pressed several keys at the same time. I regret it. I quickly called the seller and asked if I could fix the problem. The lady told me that it may be your operation error. Let's take the battery out. After two hours, reinstall it and try again. If it doesn't work, take it again. So I took down the battery and set the alarm to two hours. Two hours later, I re-installed the battery and it was okay. After that, I was able to solve this problem several times. I was very proud to help a student solve similar problems.

 

Later, I realized that the software had crashed. I just had to repeat it, and I was so angry and funny. Now the mobile phone is "Improved". After it died, it automatically restarted you. If you see a screen flash and a standby screen, the phone will help you restart. It's very user-friendly. I went to my cousin last year to play. He heard that I was working on a mobile phone and showed me his new mobile phone. He said that I could take photos if I spent more than 1700 yuan, the only problem is that you may call or play the game for a while, and the screen will return to the standby screen after a flash. Ask me what is going on. Is it wrong. Looking at him as devout as I was, what's the difference with me! I said it was a software problem. I had no way to solve it. Only the manufacturer could solve it. (Of course, the manufacturer may not solve it ). He said, forget it. It's too troublesome. You can use it anyway.

 

A netizen who has known each other for many years is still attending a famous university. She told me that the electronic products you have made are very advanced. Now I am far away from them and will not use them, for fear that they will be broken if they are used badly. She said that the electronic dictionary and MP3 he bought were also famous brands in China, but they didn't take long and were broken. After several repairs, they didn't repair them completely, which wasted a lot of time.

 

I understand the market reaction, and the user's attitude is too tolerant! As I did before, if a product has a problem, I always doubt whether it is an error or not. Even if I knew it was a product problem, I would rather make minor mistakes than get into trouble. Excessive tolerance means conniving. the manufacturer will not think about it, but will not pay more attention to quality. I remember reading Mr. Hou Jie's blog some time ago. He said that it makes sense to evaluate the degree of local civilization. I think whether the consumer's consumption viewpoint can be used as a reference.

 

Although most of the money has been taken away by the boss and sales staff, it is hard to get rid of it as a developer. Then again, what can we do when the market is the first. We only hope that the consumer's consumption view will become mature early, or at least a few consumers will be able to shake their heads and give us a spur.
