First, in the Win7 Desktop Start menu, expand All Programs-attachments, and then locate the command prompt tool in the attachment, right-click on the tool, and select Run as Administrator.

Second, on the Open command prompt panel, you can execute commands to implement batch modification of file properties. You need to find the path to the file you want to modify, for example, if you store the file in E:pic, you can click the following command "Attrib-r e:pic*.*" in the command Prompt window, as shown in the following figure:

After we have done this, we can see that the file attributes that were originally in the Win7 system have become modifiable, and the general properties are no longer only "read Only". Friends who need to hurry up and try it.
