Using Excel speech proofreading to check data errors skillfully

After installation, open the text To Speech toolbar, first in the data file with the mouse to choose to read the first data, and then according to the arrangement of the data to choose whether "by row" or "by column" to read aloud, after the completion of the toolbar, click on the left side of the "Read Cells" button on it. The cells that are read aloud are displayed in the selected state, and are also fluent in Chinese, and English is read in one letter, so that the spelling of English words is correct.

The function can also input the data side for speech proofreading, just click on the toolbar to the right of the "press ENTER" button, so that it is selected, so that after the completion of a cell input and press ENTER, Excel will automatically read the contents of this cell.

Read aloud by default is male, if you do not like, you can change the system in the settings to female, open the "voice" in the control Panel, in the "Voice selection" to select the Voice, and then click on the "Preview sound" to listen to the effect, but also can set the voice reading speed, finished click OK button on it.
