Using Excel to build a regular database

Regular databases are often needed in daily work. These data all have certain rules, this can use Excel to provide some very useful function, let any one of us can easily handle these databases:

In the same way, other village names and groups can be "dragged" with the mouse. Fill out these two fields, the other data can continue to fill in Excel, but also in the database after the completion of the software, anyway, labor intensity almost.

IV: Save the file. If you need to build an Access database, leave it and save it in Excel's default. xls format. If you need to build a FoxPro database, save the file in dBASE 4 (. dbf) format.

Fifth: If you need an Access database, you must create a new Access database, and in the "New Table" dialog box, select "Import Table" and select the ". xls" file you just saved in the Import dialog box.
