Step 01

Because the shadow of this picture is darker, if you turn to sketch, the darker part becomes layered, so you can adjust the light of the picture slightly through the curve. It is best to retain the original image based on the copied layer on the processing.

Using a variety of effects on smart objects will make you more free, and some parameters can be modified even after adjustment. Then go to "image > Adjust > Reverse", let the photo "exposure."

Take the previous step "exposure" to the layer again Gaussian blur, enter "Filter > Blur > Gaussian blur" To adjust the fuzzy radius of Gaussian blur to 45. Of course, this parameter only adapts to my picture size, use the filter on the Intelligent object, can adjust according to need at any time.
