Using dB browser in myeclipse cannot connect to the Oracle database

Recently I am working on a small project using spring + hibernat. I just learned how to do it.
I often encounter some minor problems. This time I used DB browser in myeclipse to connect to the Oracle database.

Method 1: Add-dnls_lang = simplified chinese_china.zhs16gbk to the eclipse. ini file and restart eclipse.

Method 2: Change the control panel-region and language options-standard and format to English (us). Then restart eclipse.

Method 3: Change duser. language = EN in Eclipse/eclipse. ini to duser. Language = ZH to restart eclipse.
