1, open the original image with Photoshop, copy one layer ( Layer 1), turn the portraiture filter to grind the skin and slightly brighten some, if not please look at my previous. Create a layer mask above layer 1 to erase other places except the main body parts, otherwise it will be blurred, and you can look at the final screenshot. Layer display:
