Using gruntjs to build web programs (1)

Gruntjs is a javascript project construction tool and a node-based command line tool. Many open source JS projects are built using it. Such as jquery, qunit, and canjs. It has the following functions:

• Merge JS files
• Compressing JS files
• Unit Test (based on qunit)
• One sentence: Completely automated (Automation)

 

The installation process is as follows.

 

1. Install Node

Refer to node. js (NPM is automatically installed on the latest node)

 

Ii. Install grunt command line tool grunt-cli

Use-G Global installation to use it in any directory. Command:NPM install-G grunt-cli

 

Note that in Linux or Mac, an error with no permissions is reported. In this case, you must add sudo to the front,

After installation, you can view the version of the tool. Command:Grunt-version

 

3. Install grunt and its plug-ins

Go to the root directory of a project and run the following command:NPM install grunt -- save-Dev

 

Now, check that the grunt version has an additional 4.0, as shown below:
