Using method of clip shearing brush in ZBrush

The clip clipping brush can cut the model grid, or it can be called a clipping brush. Next look at how the clip cutting brush is used in zbrush®.

Step one click on the top of the left tool frame carving brush icon, pop-up floating panel, select a red box in any one of the brushes, then pop up a dialog box, click the OK button, as shown in the following figure.

Step two, hold down the CTRL and SHIFT keys, and drag the left mouse button on the model to draw the clipping area, as shown in the following figure.

While holding down the CTRL and SHIFT keys, click the top carving brush icon on the left tool rack, pop the floating panel, select the brush, and then drag the left mouse button to draw the selection area on the model, as shown in the following illustration.

While holding down the CTRL and SHIFT keys, click on the top carving brush icon on the left tool rack, select the Clipcurve brush in the pop-up floating panel, and then drag the left mouse button to draw the selection area on the model, and the curve stroke defaults to a bright white dotted line, which merges with the shadow next to it. The side of the shadow is where the operation is performed, as shown in the following illustration.

Step five down CTRL and shift while holding down the left mouse button, drag on the model surface, there will be a bright white dotted line, then hold down the ALT key, you can see the bright dashed line darkened, release the left mouse button, the shadow on the side will be retained, as shown in the following figure.

Step six while holding down the CTRL and SHIFT keys, and then holding down the left mouse button to draw the clipping area, press the ALT key once, drag the left mouse button, and the line can turn into a curve, as shown in the following figure.

Step seven while holding down CTRL and SHIFT, and then holding down the left mouse button to draw the clipping area, press the ALT key two times, drag the left mouse button, the line can become a polyline, as shown in the following figure.

While holding down the CTRL and SHIFT keys, and then holding down the left mouse button to draw the clipping area, you can press and hold the spacebar to move the clipping curve as needed.
