Final effect

1, open the material picture, create a new layer, select the Brush tool (opacity 10%, black), smear below the sky below the surface of the water. Then use the same brush to change the color # ad651a Daub the sky part.

2, now click on the icon next to the quick mask. This creates a new fill or adjustment layer. Select the curve and adjust the figure below.

3. Create a new layer below the current layer and fill it with black.

4. Change the opacity of the layer to: 60%. Execution: filter > Render > Lens flare, select a good halo position, and set the parameters as shown below. When you are sure, change the opacity of the layer to: 100%.

5, Execution: filter > Blur > Gaussian blur, radius 10 pixels.

6. Now, we will create light and flare. Select the brush tool with the foreground color set to # ffe01a, opacity 10%. Start brushing the flare from this point.

7, change the blending mode to "linear Dodge".

8, duplicate the layer, change the blending mode to "filter Color". Reduce the opacity to about 40%.

9, if you think the image is still too dark, you can repeat and adjust its transparency. You can also use the Eraser tool to erase some light effects.

10, create a new layer, press CTRL + ALT + Shift + E-stamped layer. We are now going to solve the blue sky.

11, use Lasso tool, feather: 2 Px. Select a part of the blue sky above. Copy (Ctrl + C) and paste (Ctrl + V).

12, after the effect of the following image.

Finally, adjust the color level, curve and color balance to achieve the final effect.
