1, choose high light spot range, I think it is better to choose the color range. Spread the material picture, select menu: Select/color range, use the sampling tool to point the face high light, adjust the color tolerance according to the high light range.

2, through the color range, set up a constituency, preferably a feather, the purpose is to make the transition natural.

3, image/adjustment/photo filter, choose "Color", "Keep the lightness" tick off, and then adjust the "concentration", the specific tone of how much concentration, see Preview. Color can be automatically customized, if it is skin, you can choose the normal skin color as the target colors.
