The business manager of the company's market development department often needs to show customers the application of new products and related information, after PowerPoint has done the relevant presentation, each time to personally door-to-door to the customer to demonstrate, make their own physical and mental exhaustion, and the promotion of very little effect. Is there a simple way to do that? Since the PowerPoint2010 Beta implementation of the remote demo, the situation has improved greatly.

Step one: After running PowerPoint2010 Beta, open the prepared "New product description" PPT on your local computer, and then click the "File" menu in the upper left corner and select "Share → broadcast slide" in the Drop-down menu to open the Broadcast Slide window (Figure 1-2). You can start the slide broadcast service here.

Tip: You need to have a Windows Live ID with a slideshow, and if you don't need to sign up for one, and since it's a remote webcast, then you need to have your computer connected to the Internet. Of course, none of this is a problem.

Step Two: Click on the "Start Broadcast" button and enter the Windows Live ID and login password to connect to the PowerPoint broadcast server and broadcast the new product Description PowerPoint presentation that is now open to the network. A Web link address (Figure 3) will be given to the remote viewer to open the view later. Click "Copy Link" below to send the link to the customer, tell each other to open the link in the browser, the other side will be prompted to open the "waiting for the broadcast to start", now you can click on the "Start slide Show" button for the presentation of the new product presentation, the other side can also see your demo. How is it, isn't it convenient?

Tip: In the Presentation Broadcast view, you can't edit the document directly, you need to click the "End Broadcast" button to end the broadcast. In addition, you can also use this approach to the customer to demonstrate the video on the slide, even if the other side did not install PowerPoint2010 it does not matter.
