Using putty to connect to a virtual machine in Ubuntu

First, prepare

1.gust os Ubuntu confirms the installation and starts SSH,

Install Command:

sudo apt-get install Openssh-server

Verify that SSH is activated.

Ps–e|grep SSH

If only ssh-agent that Ssh-server has not yet started, need

/etc/init.d/ssh start

Second, the connection

1. View Eth0 's inet address in Ubuntu:

Ifconfig

2. Using putty to connect to the 22 port of this address, if you cannot connect, you can try to restore the virtual machine's network-appropriate configuration to the default.
