Using the DBCP connection pool

DBCP (DataBase connection pool)

Separate use of DBCP requires 3 packages: Common-dbcp.jar,common-pool.jar,common-collections.jar

Description of several properties:

Setinitialsize set the number of initialization links

Setmaxactive set maximum allowable number of links

Setmaxidle set the maximum number of connections to keep when idle, and the link over this number will be released when Time is reached
