Using WPS Text Table tool to realize the function of manuscript

WPS2005 provides a method of writing a manuscript to display the entire document on the manuscript. However, for Chinese teachers, perhaps this function is not perfect, because, in the editing of Chinese papers, do not need to be the entire paper is displayed as a manuscript method, but only need to be part of the composition title as a blank manuscript, to facilitate the statistical words (Figure 1). In fact, to achieve this function, do not need to use the WPS Text 2005 provided by the way the manuscript, just use the table can be easily done.

The first step is to insert a 2-row, 20-column table using the Insert Table tool on the Standard toolbar. Select the first row, set the text size to 5th, and then through the Format menu, set the line spacing to single spacing and make sure that if the document grid is defined, the grid alignment is unchecked.

The second step is to carefully resize the cells to make them look beautiful (even if each cell is of the same size and basically square).

In the third step, merge all cells in the second row into one cell, place the cursor in the cell, set the font size to 7th or smaller, and resize the cell so that it is about 1 and a half the height of the first row.

Step fourth, set the color of the table line to green (this step is not required if it is a black-and-white quiz paper).

The fifth step, full selection of the entire table, copy, the cursor placed in the table below the line, repeated paste, you can generate a continuous manuscript format.
