The following screen shows that the system is already loaded and completed. The following will write out the configuration after the first incoming system.

Press F2 , and enter Root password to enter the configuration interface.

For example, select Manage network settings.

First, go to the network adapter option.

Here you can see the network port of the server. You can see the network port, select the network port you want to enable, press the space on the left to play X mark, indicating that the network port is enabled. Press ENTER to confirm the setting.

Select IP settings to set IP . (IP according to the actual situation fill in)

when Setup is complete, press Y Restart the Network service.

Next you can test the connectivity of the network.

after exiting settings the basic configuration of the ESXI server is complete. The next step is to access the server based on the IP address displayed on the screen .

Attention:

The ESXI server has two methods of access. One is accessed through the vsphere client software installed on your computer . or access the server IP address through the Web server to log on to the web side.

It also needs to be explained here: each system's ESXI has its corresponding version of the client side, such as:5.5 server can only be logged on with 5.5 client.

and 6.5 above the system has no client software, must be accessed through the way of web landing.
