Various issues arising from CentOS 7 upgrading the Python version to 3.x

Source: Internet
Author: User

CentOS 7 has a built-in Python version of 2.x, and many programs rely on the 2.x version, which will invalidate some of the Python scripts.

For example: Yum, Firewall-cmd, Firewall-config, and so on.

If you encounter a similar reference error, this is basically the cause:

[Email protected] bin]# Firewall-config
Traceback (most recent):
File "/usr/bin/firewall-config", line, in <module>
Import GI
Modulenotfounderror:no module named ' GI '

A python reference to the script can be modified directly to resolve it.

[Email protected] bin]# Vim/usr/bin/firewall-config

Change the!/usr/bin/python of the first line to!/usr/bin/python2
