Various methods to open the WIN8 system control Panel

Method One

Right-click the control Panel in the lower-left corner of the taskbar.

The Control Panel window will pop up.

Method Two

Hover the mouse over the lower-right corner of the taskbar, and click "Search" for the vertical bar.

In the Search box, enter Control Panel, and the Search results click Control Panel.

Method Three

Press the shortcut key "Win+r" to open the Run dialog box.

Enter the "control.exe" command to start the control Panel.
